Grades will be based on the percentage of accumulated
points compared to total course points as follows:A 93 - 100
B 86 - 92
C 79 - 85
D 72 - 78

OVERVIEW: This class will follow the outline of the textbook as
found on pages xvii through xxii. You will be
expected to complete 3-4 lessons per week with a unit
test given on average every two weeks. Tests will be
announced one week in advance.
[UNIT 1-A, UNIT 2-A (10-92), UNIT 3-A (11-5-92),
UNIT 4-A (11-18-92), UNIT 5-A (12-92), UNIT 6-A (1-28-93)]Additionally, beginning the second week, a number of
vocabulary words will be introduced each week, for
which you will be required to write three proper
sentences using those words. Cumulative tests will be
given on this material as well.Supplemental material on effective speaking and
presentations may be delivered as time and course
