Pulpit Speech Requirements Second Semester The following requirements for Pulpit Speech must be fully completed in order to complete this class.   Any papers not in on the designated time will be given a 0 grade.   There is no reasonable excuse for God called men to be late.   These requirements are given to help you budget your time and prepare for future service for the Lord.   The time will come when your own personal discipline will be all you have to get your work done on time.   Prepare now.   When you are scheduled to preach, be ready or you will receive a 0 grade.   The requirements for Second Semester Pulpit Speech are simple.   See the following. 1. You will preach on a regular basis in class.   If you do not feel called to preach you may teach.     The amount of teaching and preaching will be determined by the size of the class. 2. Preparations of sermons and teaching lesson[s]:     a. Beginning the first Tuesday in Feb 1999 you will begin handing in the following.     b. One Sunday a.m., Sunday adult class lesson outline.     c. One Sunday a.m. sermon outline.     d. One Sunday p.m. sermon outline.     e. One Wednesday p.m. prayer meeting outline.     f. That is four outlines per week.   Begin by preparing lessons that you can use in the future.        Series of subjects you would want to teach to a new church or an older church. All papers handed in must be typed.   The professor of this class can not read chicken scratchings. Type the outline so they can be filed and used later for your own use. This is the only requirement sheet you will receive.   The second one from the professor will cost you $10.00.
