A. The Standpoint of the Church
Need to Report:
1. How much Came In
2. How much was Spent, etc.
A Systematic, Monthly Report
Missions Men --> 7 Men in a Committee-like Situation:
1. They 'go over' each New Missionary that has Preached.
2. These Vote on the Support of the Missionary.
3. They Do a Check of the Finances.
4. Presentation to the Church is Done of O.K.ed Missionaries.
Sample
:
1. Support Money (e.g. $1000 -- 10 Missionaries @ $100 per Month)
2a. Mission Conferences (e.g. $2000-3000 per Conference)
Get the Finest Missionaries Available.
Take Care of God's Servants.
Don't Be Cheap, Lazy Missions Supporter.
2b. Try to Bring In Three or More New Missionaries each Year (Love Offerings)
3. Advertising ($500 per Year)
4. Missions Trips ($3000 per Year)
5. Decorations ($300 per Year)
6. Surplus ($3000 per Year)
