Try to Always use Only Local People.
Unless necessary don't bring in people outside the local church.
Be Careful about the Music Director & Musicians.
Guard that local church with your life.
Consider National Conditions.
You Always have to Teach Biblical Principles (e.g. Tithing, Assembling as a church)
Personal Dedication to the Lord Needs to be Taught. Don't get soft hearted on the people.
God is Concerned about Reaching the Lost Whoever they are.
