The Pastor must Teach the Indigenous Missions Principle.
2. On the Institute Training Level
3. On the Church Staff Level
Find out what your potential, future staff member believes Before you put him on the payroll.
Remember everything rises & falls on the Bible.
B. Powerful Conviction
Not just a preference
What we do for the Lord must be by Conviction.
1. It is not a theory or a plan but what the Bible Says.
2. It is Practical -- the Indigenous Method.
This Method gets the Gospel out the Quickest & to the most People.
3. It is Profitable.
There is a Soul Winner's Crown.
The Crowns go to the Lord Jesus Christ.
C. Persistent Application
Don't lay predicates to fail.
Commit yourself to the Will of God.
1. Study every Situation.
Check out the Town & its People
2. Take Sound Advice.
3. Be Flexible to the Conditions around you.
4. Make sure you Teach the Indigenous Principles from the Beginning.
