New missionary churches need to be taught the whole Word of God.
Don't just be a missionary 'hot-house' of evangelism.
Teach Baptist Church Doctrine.

Acts 13:1-4
The Holy Spirit is to Direct.
The Church Prayed and Waited on the Lord.
They also Fasted; We don't do enough of this today.
A. The Plan adopted by the Lord.
The Lord had a Church Before Pentecost.
1. Jesus collected some disciples -- 12 of them.
John the Baptist's converts were involved.
John 6:60,66
Acts 1:15 -- 120 members
Jesus always Prepared the 12 for His Departure.
Matthew 16:21
John 13:18-19; 9:5
Once people are Trained right then we need to leave them ALONE. Let them Do the Work.
They need Freedom to do the Job.
The missionary shouldn't become a permanent pastor.
Give Advice when asked.
B. The Apostle's Paul Approach
1. He gave them no incentives to attend church except the Gospel.
Flashlights, dolls, etc. don't really bring converts to Christ.
2. No land or buildings bought for them.
The people need to save and set aside money for a building.
Let the people Build the building
No subsidies.
