I. How To Hold A Missions Conference
A Young Church should start Missions right away.
The Sunday School should try to get involved. Maybe put the Missionary in the Children's Classes.
Missions 'Round-Robbin' event/conference (i.e. several missionaries)
Try to get Missionaries from every Field.
A. Good Advertising -- geared towards Church Members
Print it right; Make it Colorful.
Remember, You get what you pay for.
People need to Know what is going on.
Make the Advertisement Clear and Brief.
Every week prior to the Missions Conference Announcements should be made.
Get some Decent Missions Conference Banners.
B. The Conference Itself
Don't preach the people to 'death' early on.
You've got to 'pour on' Missions.
Get the people 'fired up'.
C. Missions Tape Library
Borrow 'brains'
Don't allow a tape-of-the-month club, however
D. Missions Books
Use a check out process.
II. Opposition To Missions
Some don't want to do Missions Overseas.
