Determining the materials to be used. Research comes first. Various types of preaching material. 1. Factual--Two (2) sorts. a. Basic--from the infallible Word. Hermeneutics. b. (Luke 24:27) 2. Logical. Enables preacher to reason from Biblical facts to a conclusion. Therefore ... A term for doctrinal Argument from analogy.
