At the end of this semester you should:
1. Have a working knowledge of various methods of studying God's Word.
2. Be able to analyze and chart out portions of Scripture for future study and sermon preparation.
3. Know the importance of Hermeneutics in relationship to Homiletics and expository preaching.
4. Be able to properly interpret Scripture applying various hermeneutic principles.Requirements
1. Reading Supplemental books.
2. Take extensive notes.
3. Set up 1 Horizontal Book Chart and 2 analytical charts of the Book of I John.
4. Prepare 1 sermon every 2 weeks.
5. Various homework assignments.There will be a quiz every other class period, and a final exam at the end of the semester.
